Our Program
Initial Consultation
A virtual consultation with one of our medical providers will be done to discuss your weight loss goals and medical history. At this time our provider will also review your last physical and labs. Your medical provider will discuss treatment options, including whether semaglutide is a good option for you.
The initial visit will take about 45 minutes.
Medication
After your initial visit, your medication will be ordered and delivered directly to your home. Our dedicated healthcare providers will train and guide you on how to administer your weekly injection.
Follow up Visits
Your provider will schedule follow up appointments to monitor your progress, side effects, and adjust your medication dosage as needed. Your refills will be ordered at the time of your follow-up visit. In addition, we will discuss dietary changes, exercise, and lifestyle modifications to help you achieve your weight loss goals.
Get Ready for you consultation
*Must have a physical and labs completed within 1 year (must provide copies). Our providers can order them for you if you have not had recent bloodwork done.
*BMI more than 30 (or greater than 27 with a weight related health issue such as high blood pressure, high cholesterol, PCOS, central obesity)
*Ability to connect with your health care provided via telemedicine platform
